When we told them about this, we were glad to know that they are willing to cooperate with it. In our experience, some of the suppliers try to get out of it because there are issues that they are hiding from us. Fortunately, this petrochemical supplier didn’t.
When the inspectors checked their site, they were impressed by how their petrochemical and petroleum refineries were built and operated according to the industrial standards. We received a good audit report on their product quality and processes.
